If you are purchasing a product for your personal use, then help us save the environment
by reducing the waste of the packaging materials such as the display boxes or holder trays.
Choose the Eco-friendly package. This package used a sturdy box made from fully
recycled materials & is also bio degradable. The cushioned bag provides the same
level of protection to the product during shipping as the retail package would.
So join us in making this world a Greener place. The regular package is already the official package. The
idea for users to protect the environment is always a voluntary selection. If any user insists to have a
regular package, then it’s their choice. But its an incentive to voluntarily choose to protect the
environment.

Q: What is the difference between a regular package & Eco Friendly package?
A: Regular Package is the standard retail package with all the boxes & trays which you
normally see in retail stores displays.
Eco Friendly Package is taking the product & all the accessories from the regular
package & packing them in a package that does not pollute the environment.

Q: If I have a defect, how can I get it fixed?
A: Fill out the warranty form & send it to us. Let us know about the defected product &
obtain a RMA number. Mail the defective unit to our International Service Center for
repairs.
